).Commander Keen is still at his never ending galactic Senate meeting, and will be quite annoyed to find out the his pet yorp has lost Billy's most prized possession - his Bean-with-Bacon Megarocket. Oops.
In our last episode Norp went aboard a solar bomb Mortimer McMire had set up to destroy the solar system. Luckily Norp defused it and foiled Mortimer's plans. But Norp was sent out into space and landed on a desolate asteroid orbiting the moon. And what did he see over the horizon? Another factory set up by Mortimer.
Norp wants to destroy Mortimer once and for all. It was Mortimer that ruined his vacation in the first place, and it was Mortimer's fault that he was stuck here. Norp starts running towards the building, and what does he see? A giant Mortimer, walking across the ground! Ten stories tall he stood, a gargantuan figure towering above Norp.
"Bu-but-t, h-how?" stammered Norp.
Mortimer chuckled and answered, "Oh, I've developed my own little formula. Goodbye."
And he picked Norp up, tossed him in his mouth, and swallowed him whole.
Norp, in a state of panic, squirmed around, and found his way through a hole that looked a little like a pore. He ended up in a labyrinth of tunnels, facing strange and dangerous creatures.
Creatures
Mortimer's body is quite different than an average human body. Viruses do not hurt it, but work in unison with white blood cells.

| White Blood Cell | These will stop at nothing to destroy you, the intruder. Watch out for the pellets they shoot. The take one hit to kill, and are not dangerous to touch. | |
| Platelets | These are harmless creatures, and will meld into the tissue of Mortimer at the slightest touch. | |
| Red Blood Cell | These bounce around aimlessly through levels, but they don't harm you. | |
| Carrier Protein | These could prove quite useful, and they can carry you from place to place. | |
| Brain Cell | You need to find and destroy this the close out a level. It only takes one shot. | |
| Viruses and Bacteria | ||
| Dentilioc | The most common virus that inhabits Mortimer's body is the Dentilioc. It takes only one shot to kill, but its jumping wandering manner can get on your nerves. | |
| Flagellic Foo | These pink bug-like blobs can't hurt you, but the can stun you, leaving you vulnerable. They take one shot to kill. | |
| Hornicus | Also common is the Hornicus, which although it is harmless itself, it shoots Virons, small bug-like creatures at you. It takes five shots to kill | |
| Viron | The tiny bug a Hornicus shoots at you. One shot destroys it. | |
| Loctiper | The Loctiper is extremely dangerous. They can leap a mile high, and they're hard to kill, taking four shots. | |
| Siliac Foo | Siliac Foos tear through levels, and won't stop for anything in their paths. Stay away from them, because they're invulnerable. | |
| Viroo | Little bug-like creatures that sometimes guard a brain cell. One shot to kill. | |
